Shipping & Returns

• Please allow up to 14 days for orders to be processed and shipped. It’s a one man operation here at Casper’s and I want everyone to receive products that are up to my standards and I’d be happy to own. Please allow some additional time for very large orders.

• Orders are shipped via USPS, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

• Casper’s Concrete is not responsible for any incorrect addresses given at checkout, please double check your address when placing your order.

• At this time returns and exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final.

• If your package is stolen, lost or damaged, please reach out via the contact page with as much info as possible and a USPS claim will be filed to make things right.

Wholesale
